January 31st & February 1st, 2004 - Directed by Jill Navarre
SYNOPSIS: The story of the great Tibetan yogi who suffers the frustrations of a young man dispossessed of his fortune and his family when his father dies, and who grows in consciousness when he finds his teacher, Marpa the Translator, who gives him, after many years of labour, the secret teachings of Buddhism.
The story is told by a narrator, Simon, a Frenchman who discovers that he was Milarepa's uncle, Swastika, many centuries ago. Living two lives, Simon asks the question: what is the difference between the world of my dreams and the "real" world? And what happens when the two worlds collide?
